Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with your order details. During high demand drops, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Time
- Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days across India
- Remote locations may take an additional 2–3 days
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on prepaid orders.
- A standard shipping fee may apply to orders below this amount.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) may include a small additional charge.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use this to track your order in real time.
Delays
While we aim to deliver on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, logistics issues, or high order volumes. Shopify is not at all responsible for the delays. We appreciate your patience.
Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Please ensure that your shipping details are correct at checkout. Gritted is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery). We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue.
